Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!★

A great experience with lots of interactive features and friendly staff. Definitely something for families, but kids should be around 8 to 10 years old so they understand everything and aren't scared by certain aspects.
