We had an unforgettable sunrise jeep tour at Mount Batur with Mr. Mangku and Mr. Jow. From start to finish, they were nothing short of amazing – genuinely kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They made sure everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of the whole way. Excellent excursion, very beautiful views. We met the sunrise. One driver picked us up from the hotel in a comfortable car. Then we were transferred to a jeep, given a blanket for warmth. The driver, who is also a photographer, Koko, was very kind, took many beautiful photos for which he deserves special thanks. We were fed breakfast and coffee. After sunrise, we went to the black lava, which was formed as a result of the eruption of the Batur volcano in 1963.

Our sunrise trip to Mount Batur was fantastic, thanks to our wonderful drivers Dewa, Jeep driver Erry, and JoW. They were incredibly patient, punctual, and dewa arrived very early at our hotel. They were especially kind and helpful with my elderly parents in their 70s, ensuring they were comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Highly recommend their services for a smooth and enjoyable experience. A truly reliable and friendly team!
