We live in the ubud city. The whole trip is from 03:30-13:30. If you are not in a rush, you can spend your time until 15:00. The Jeep journey is very good especially with a kind and careful driver Dedik. The hot spring is unexpectedly great. I suggest the company to let the customer choose the hot spring spot. Overall perfect journey! My mum is 72 year old. She enjoy the journey as well.

The driver, guide Mardair and Cartute were very nice. It was a very pleasant day. They were not tired with the elderly and did not walk around too much.

We had accommodations in Seminyak, so we booked an early morning pickup. Driver Pak Putu arrived right on time. I fell asleep in the car and woke up at base camp. It was a bit chilly, so we rented a blanket for 50,000 rupees. If you're hesitant about renting one, dress warmly. Our jeep driver, Ery, took great pictures and waited for us while we enjoyed delicious toast and coffee. While you're in Bali, make sure to get some great photos!

Our sunrise trip to Mount Batur was fantastic, thanks to our wonderful drivers Dewa, Jeep driver Erry, and JoW. They were incredibly patient, punctual, and dewa arrived very early at our hotel. They were especially kind and helpful with my elderly parents in their 70s, ensuring they were comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Highly recommend their services for a smooth and enjoyable experience. A truly reliable and friendly team!
