The atmosphere is lovely — clean, relaxed, and with a definite charm. The highlight is the elevated vantage point overlooking the palace, which at night is beautifully illuminated and creates a tranquil, almost magical vibe.
👥 Staff
The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and attentive. Their genuine friendliness really enhanced the experience and made the visit much more pleasant.
🍽️ Food
Unfortunately, the food was only average — not terrible, but definitely not memorable. Dishes lacked depth in flavor and seemed a bit uninspired. If you’re mainly going for a meal, there are probably better options nearby.

If u visit its a must to book both the marine park and the safari park. In the safari park u can see a lot of animals up close like zebras, giraffes, lions, tigers, asian bears, hippos and many more. Keep in mind that the access to the safari park is only with your own vehicle or with the safari tour bus that costs 100THB per person. I would suggest to visit the safari park before the marine park, as the safari park can get quite full and people tend to stop everywhere and block the ways. After that it would be time to visit the marine park. In the marine park you could also go to the giraffe's terrace to feed the giraffes and take pictures with them (entry 200THB + a bucket of food for the giraffes). If u have luck u could encounter the workers going on a walk with the orangutans. Usually they would let u take a couple of pics with them, but keep in mind the animals can get moody so don't overdo it.★

It was good and well organized. The only issue I faced was to get the food, the queue was long and crowded, and took longer to get food, while missing the view. The entertainment from performers from Philippines were beyond expectations (5/5), and they were very friendly and engaging. The customer support on WhatsApp was very quick and helpful to get to the location and finding the cruise. Highly recommended excursion.★
