The organization was impeccable, with a perfectly paced itinerary that comfortably covered all advertised sites at both Qingcheng Mountain (青城山) and the Dujiangyan (都江堰), beginning with a perfectly timely hotel pickup. The guide system was particularly effective; we had a dedicated English-speaking guide whose passion and deep knowledge brought the history of the region to life. She didn't just show us ancient sites - she connected the ingenious principles of the 2,000-year-old irrigation system directly to its vital role in Sichuan today, which was fascinating. A crucial piece of advice: ensure you have WeChat installed. Our guide used a chat to align the hotel pickup and share route details. An absolutely first-class, educational, and enjoyable day.★

A very long day, but well worth it. Our guide, Mark was very attentive and informative, he gave the group the opportunity to make decisions about whether we wanted to get the shuttle at the panda base and also whether we wanted to take the boat or walk at the leshan buddha. A wonderful excursion. Elsie, our guide, provided us with a wealth of information. We were two French women with a group of about twenty very welcoming Chinese tourists. The first part of the hike was with Elsie, who took care of all the logistics. For the second part, Mount Qingcheng, we hiked on our own, following the park's signs. Elsie had shown us the way, taking us past the lake. The ascent is a steady climb, and it's important not to slow down too much to stay on schedule and return to the meeting point for the return trip. My only reservation concerns the meal, which was served at round tables that weren't very clean. The restaurant was hosting many other groups. Well done, Elsie, and thank you for this wonderful day trip!★
