The program of the place has changed a lot from in various reviews. The opportunity to close to the panda, as in the reviews, there is no longer exist. Just stand and watch close. Passing through the iron cage But this tour company, the service is very good. Try to take pictures for us throughout every activity. My guide is Mr. Wells. They are polite and cute. Recommend everything as well. I travel alone When going to this trip, it feels like there are friends. The guide speaks good English and takes good care of it.★

Tour guide Anna was friendly and able to share information about Panda Valley and Dujiangyan. She took initiative to help suggest places for lunch and also helped us book a hotpot restaurant at Kuanzhai Alley which had face changing performance. Anna also helped us take many family photos which will be our memories from this trip.★

Our guide Libby was AMAZING! She has such excellent knowledge of the areas and history and explained in great detail a lot of information that is harder to access by tourists. Excellent experience. We saw many pandas up close and the guide, Leila and the panda nanny was very personable and patient. A must do in Chengdu if you came for the pandas.
