The bus was on time and was comfortable. We were walked into the centre of Pisa and clearly informed of the departure time. This trip was stress free thanks to Lucia and Paul. We had approximately 2:30 minutes in Pisa and it was more that enough time to explore and see everything.★

Tour 10/10. We heard about this tour from someone who didn't recommend it. We were hesitant at first, but we booked! And honestly, we don't regret it. To start with, the guide Ana was super attentive to the entire group, the tour was in English and Spanish, and especially the French driver! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!★

Tour easy to find. Comfortable coach. Tour Guide (Aaron) was entertaining but also gave us time to switch off on bus. He kept watch for pickpockets and scared some off!
Tour of church was just the right length. Enough time for fit people to climb the tower. Only thing we would have like is more time to bargain in stalls or have a meal.
