I give the pick-up service three points, and the Halong Bay cruise ship five points, so the comprehensive four points. It is recommended to read the service content carefully before ordering, ask about the pick-up time and the type of car, boarding and disembarking time. I booked the VIP category, but the pick-up is a carpool service, pick-up at 6 am. It should be a two-and-a-half-hour trip from Hanoi City Expressway to Halong Bay. The driver was half an hour late, and he shared a car with the local office workers and stopped a lot. Negotiated with the service provider and was told that this was the VIP service. After disembarking at 4:30, I was told that it was the same carpool service and I had to arrive at the hotel after 9 pm. This VIP service is the most disrespectful time for passengers.★

I am a solo trip, the cheapest one, about 30 people, most of them white. Everyone is very nice. My biggest feeling after a trip is that it is worth it! The tour guide is a local, humorous, and fluent in English. I can understand most of my English not very good. There are three major projects, Paradise Island, bamboo boat, through the cave. A little tired, but you can choose to stay on the boat. Air conditioning. The meal is also good and the taste is a bit light. After all the trips, the sunset on the return trip was so beautiful, all the fatigue felt worth it.★

Our guide Ken was an amazing person.
He is very funny and professional. This trip was the best I did on Halong Bay : boat with a Vietnamese Lunch - titop mountain - swimming - kayaking - visit surprising grotto… a full day.
I recommend this tour for visiting.
