The itinerary was exactly as described, except that not all the group members were Chinese; in fact, the majority were international. Our tour guide, Erina, was Chinese and bilingual in English and Chinese. She explained things clearly and was knowledgeable about the attractions and road conditions. She anticipated traffic on the return trip, so she strictly adhered to the itinerary, otherwise we'd be arriving back in Tokyo too late. We didn't have to worry about running out of time, as there wasn't much to see, and we were just checking in. Summer weather is unpredictable, so the chance to see the summit is rare. What was especially nice was that there was no forced purchases or shop visits, and the food, drinks, and accessories at the scenic area were entirely up to you.★

Great tour, clean bus, punctual guide, pleasant and giving information and explanations about the places we pass through and Japanese culture. Sakuragi is a great guide, I highly recommend this tour. Mount Fuji was a little shy but the landscape remains just as beautiful.★

We have reported 4 different travel agencies in Tokyo and Kyoto for a day trip. Only this one has a guide to accompany and explain, praise, praise!
The itinerary is rich, both sea, land and air (the Lake Ashi pirate ship is included at its own expense of 1200 yen / Oyonggu cable car), and the price is very high. There is plenty of time, you can slowly feed the swans and eat black eggs.
Miss Yuki is fluent in Chinese and English, and the explanation is clear and interesting.
At first, because of the cloudy, I couldn't see Mount Fuji. Thanks to the experience of the driver, the return road reminded us of where to shoot Mount Fuji from, and finally achieved my wish.
I will choose this travel agency after coming back.★

A stunning day trip to Hakone and Mount Fuji! Our guide, Betty Yu Linglong, was enthusiastic and professional, and thoughtfully gifted us a small Mount Fuji prayer bell, the ring of which carried a clear and heartfelt blessing. Highlights abounded: we journeyed through the misty, verdant mountains of Hakone, marveled at the geothermal wonders of Ōwakudani, and basked in the tranquility of Lake Ashi, its azure waters reflecting the distant mountains. Most fortunately, the clouds parted, revealing the majestic Mount Fuji, a breathtaking sight! A truly worthwhile trip! The customer service was also excellent.
