The itinerary was excellent. We picked up our passengers in the city before 8:30 AM and sailed to the port in Halong Bay. We stopped at a service area along the way and had lunch on board. We had three afternoon activities: swimming on the beach or hiking, exploring caves, and kayaking or rafting through caves. The afternoon tea at the end was too simple, and we arrived back in the city at around 9 PM, leaving us hungry. It would be great if the price could be increased and a buffet was offered.★

A fantastic cruise for the price, the buffet is excellent—there's plenty of everything. Drinks and water are available for an additional fee. In the evening, there's a sunset view and some food and drinks.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

I booked the cruise the day before and was so happy that I received confirmation quickly and the guide was in touch. It's a nice ship and the lunch was excellent. As far as I understand, the itinerary is the same for everyone: an island with a beach, a cave, and kayaking (kayaking is top notch! You won't regret it). In my opinion, the price/quality ratio is simply excellent.
