It is very convenient & comfortable. Pick up hotel from Halong Bay & drop off at Hanoi hotel. It takes abt 3+hours including 20 mins toilet stop.★

The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.★

Great value for the price! We were provided with watermelon and water, and the ride lasted about 40 minutes. It was refreshing and nice. It was Seven Star, and everything from exchanging the voucher to boarding was smooth. I booked to avoid the Dragon Bridge fireworks, but it was actually nice and quiet. After getting off, many cars arrived, and it got a little crowded. The 7:10pm boat was great.★
