I've used the service twice now. It's easy: fill out the app and provide your contact information. The information will then link to the service provider. When you arrive, find your name and inform the officer holding the sign. They'll take you to a special lane with fewer people. It's very convenient.

I heard that immigration at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City is so busy that it takes a long time, so I opted for the VIP Fast Track service for this trip. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member greeted me and guided me. I was able to skip the regular lines and quickly proceed to the dedicated lane, allowing me to complete immigration without a long wait. I was especially concerned about waiting in long lines since I was traveling with children, but thanks to the Fast Track service, my airport experience was much smoother and my trip started off smoothly. I was very satisfied with the speedy baggage check and procedures, both upon arrival and departure.

Immigration at Ho Chi Minh City. Departure date: 20/9/2015. Arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 9:15 a.m. There were quite a few people. I bought a fast track ticket and waited about 20 minutes. It saved a lot of time. It's great for people with limited time and don't want to wait long.
