Suitable for people who want to go out and experience Nagatoro and nearby. I will say that it is very worthwhile. Because you can take the train to many other places, how to exchange the pass is as specified as the app. Whether you go to any station, show this pass at the Information room, you don't need to touch through the machine. Quite convenient★

The hotel is clean and comfortable. However, the check in process was really hectic as I arrived and was told that it’s under fire inspection and couldn’t check in until pass 5pm. I had to call the hotel and get the staff to collect my luggage outside the property and they won’t even allow me to use the toilet. When I finally checked in at night, the water basin was leaking and causes wet floor. Fortunately they upgraded me to a bigger room after all the hassles and I was happy with it.★

Value for money and convenient for most of the travel you need in Hakone. I have problem looking for the tourist centre to redeem the ticket. It would be good to indicate that the centre closed by 4pm as I went there around 4.30pm. I was lucky to see Mount Fuji from Lake Ashi.★

This is one pf the best option to get to Narita airport from Tokyo City. The orange bus is on time and the staff are respectable and courteous to all passengers. There is also a toilet available in the bus for the convenience of passengers. There are 3 pick up points in the city. But be prepared as the journey takes an approximately 2 hours travel time to Narita. Otherwise its a comfortable ride. Thank you trip.com
