The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.  The return trip was also very smooth, and it was sent directly back to the hotel. ★

Went to the mines first then onto Auschwitz we didn’t need to queue up at all. The guide was amazing and very informative. Lunch was very nice also (this is optional and cost us €10 each.
The only issue we had was our hotel being changed, u informed the tour guide many times and they said it was arranged however in the morning I had to remind them again, needless to say we were still collected and went on the tour for the day. The driver Martin was also great and super friendly.
All in all a fantastic and informative day was had.★

We were picked up promptly at our arranged pick up time which was sent to us the day before the event. Our tour guide was very helpful and full of information throughout the whole tour. The length of the tour was a good amount of time to explore and read the signs with the crowd size not being too big where it felt claustrophobic. Overall I would highly recommend this tour as it was worth the price paid and very informative.
