I used a limo to move from Kyoto Station to Kansai Terminal 2. It was very convenient because it was dropped right at Terminal 2 and there was no need to move from Terminal 1. It takes two hours to move, but I arrived about 20 minutes early on Monday lunch time. However, it was a little uncomfortable that I had to print a ticket at Kansai Airport first and confirm a seat in advance at the bus information office around Kyoto Station. Kyoto>Kansai Airport is not on a first-come, first-served basis, so please confirm your seats in advance.
