We very much enjoyed our experience going to Doi Suthep to see the sunrise. We had a lovely guide who spoke very good English. Visiting the 3 places works well as they are so different and being up the mountain to watch the sun come up over chiang mai was very special. We also bought alms to give to the monks there, who then chanted us all a blessing. Only criticism would be that our guide didn't really give us instructions about the alms beforehand so we felt a bit silly and sort of followed others that were there too. We really loved Wat Pha Lat in the forest - so peaceful and atmospheric, we'd have liked to stay longer but at least got a good look round on this trip.

As it’s off season I was the only one on the tour but it was a great day! The guide was lovely and spoke good English and the scenery was stunning. It’s basically all uphill and steep so even as a regular hiker I found it to be hard work, especially in the humidity! We ended the day at a hill tribe village and had local coffee overlooking the misty valley, which was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

I’d like to give JJ and her team a full five-star review for the incredible Elephant Sanctuary tour. They were warm, organised, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We visited four stations, learned a lot about the elephants, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. They even arranged our drop-off afterwards. The team explained everything clearly and made sure we felt safe throughout. A highlight was chopping sugar cane and feeding it to the elephants. Such a memorable moment. If I return to Chiang Mai, I’ll happily book this tour again with the same agency. It was eye-opening, unforgettable, and deserves every star.

Great tour. The elephants were friendly and the park was beautiful. The tour company managed everything from pick up to drop off. The guide was very nice.


