The driver, who also served as our guide, communicated clearly with us to confirm the meeting point. Since our flight arrived earlier than expected, he kindly offered to arrive at the airport ahead of schedule as well.
The combo tour itself is exceptional. The desert rally is thrilling and showcased the driver's excellent skills. Some activities, like camel riding and taking photos with a falcon, require an additional fee, but they are well worth the experience. The included tea was very enjoyable, even in the heat, and the driver brought his own sandboard for us to slide down the desert dunes.
Doing the city tour at night adds a special charm with the beautifully illuminated buildings.
At some stops, like Souq Waqif and the National Museum of Qatar, the guide did not accompany us but provided detailed information about the locations in advance.
Overall, it was a very pleasant tour. Highly recommended.
