The teacher arrived as soon as possible, all the classic paintings were refined and the pad pictures were cooperated, and the speech was very careful and professional, and some timeouts were not careless. Our tour guide Ivano was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made it fun. We covered a lot of history in a short period of time and really came to understand how the renaissance was born! Loved this tour! Thanks Ivano and team!! Also as our Academia tour times were cancelled but another agent, this agency helped us out and we managed to get another tour with Ivano to see the incredible Michealangelo. Raffaello was truly the best guide we had on our trip. He explained everything in great detail. He answered all the questions we asked with great patience. In addition to explaining the works chronologically, he explained the context of each work and the history of the museum and the city. It was the best tour I've ever done in a museum.★
