We just landed in Marrakech and was thrown into the craziness of the Marrakech Medina and Souk.
We had a great tour with our guide Mehdi, he patiently waited for us to meet him at the start point as well took a wrong turn.
We tried food that the locals would eat during the day. Our first stop was my wife’s favourite, had these flakey pancakes with peanut butter and sweeten milk. Then we tried Shakshuka in a little alley way behind the main square, where the workers eat. Was the best I ever had.
Then he took us to a more adventurous stall and tried Moroccan donuts. This was bread with lamb stuffed inside. Was delicious, but a bit on the exotic side. I’m Asian so the meats did not scare me much but my wife and daughters found it a bit much.
Had great kababs, smoothies, sweats and traditional teas that will clear your mind and soul.
Was a great evening and great way to be tossed into the fire which is the old Medina.
Highly recommend you book this as your first event when you arrive in Marrakech. After the tour we felt safe to walk around ourselves the following days.★

Just wow, it was truly beautiful!
Communication was excellent, and agreements were kept perfectly.
During the trip to Merzouga, they really took our needs into account. We arrived an hour late and were immediately taken to the camels. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
The people were kind and hospitable; we immediately felt welcome. Everything was well-organized and handled with care. We definitely recommend this stay!
