This was one experience that I was really looking forward to on our trip around Italy and I was not disappointed, I was actually so glad we went and the food in the Shepherds Hut was such a wonderful addition. We had 2 wonderful guides, Pepe & Ciro, both were so knowledgeable and made the hike both fun and interesting. We had a small group and we all got on so well, supporting each other and making sure those that could not keep up were not left behind. Pepe was the lead guide and Ciro was nearer the middle to back to make sure everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. The views were amazing, we were able to stop and take lots of photos as and when we wanted to. Our group was split at one point so that those less able or just didn’t want to do the more difficult hike could do the easier, shorter route whilst we continued to climb down lots of steps to an amazing view, Pepe called “the WOW point” and it truly was. The hardest part I found was climbing up to the Shepherds Hut but it was so worth it. We were welcomed with laughter and lot’s of good food. On the hike back the heat was crazy, we stopped regularly when we found shade, Pepe and Ciro did not make us hurry. I would go back in a heartbeat, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Pepe & Ciro for making it a memorable part of our holiday.

Really good experience of the history of sorrento. Quite quick but worth a look as there aren't that many museums in sorrento.
