Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much 🙏

My reservation was correct, but the service provider didn't read the order clearly, which wasted 40 minutes. Fortunately, I wasn't going to the airport, and the platform found another car in a timely manner. I felt that this car service was unreliable, although I did arrive at my destination safely.
