Overall awesome, good service, great experience, cost-effective. *Participated in Trip.com Iceland for a few days, almost all Icelandic classic routes are worth the fare. The manual service is very kind. Get in touch with * early & inform all the precautions. The itinerary is successfully completed in a few days. Very satisfied 👍!★

We had a lovely time. Lunch in the Lava restaurant was nice. No bathrobes after 4pm. Lines for beverages and masks were long but tolerable and otherwise there was plenty of space with a variety of areas to relax in tranquility. Some guests kept disregarding the no cell phones and quiet areas and they were taking videos, pics and talking loudly. The staff did nothing so we spoke up, showed them the sign and asked them to please be respectful. One family politely obliged. Others were just entitled and dismissive of the Lagoons and guests request. So VERY sad! If you want an ultra-inclusive, private and upscale experience, book the Retreat. Otherwise the lagoon is quite lovely but can get crowded and loud in the main entrance areas. Just walk to back sections for more space and quiet.★

It is a touristy place, but we are so glad we went. The scenery driving in was out of this world. You drive through lava fields. See the volcano that recently erupted. Close to the road are the geothermal plumes. Once you arrive, you get instructions and a locker. Definitely put moisturizer on your hair before and leave it in. If you have long hair, keep it up out of the water. Take advantage of the masks. They tell you what order you should do them in and how long to leave them on. The drinks are available while you are in the soaking area. Even when it is packed, you can find an area to have some privacy to be with your party and take in the experience. Bring your waterproof case for your phone. They sell them there but like most things in Iceland, it is very expensive.
