We had an exceptional time. There were 3 of us with a 10-year-old child. Scott and Henry made the whole family feel safe throughout the treetop adventure and zipline course. They were super nice, managed to relax me and largely contributed to the success of the altitude course. Thanks to them, I was able to overcome my fear of heights. The illuminated night course in the trees has no equivalent to my knowledge. It was just magical. It's worth doing the course during the day too, why not after Altitude. The experience is completely different.★

We had an amazing day, made even better by an exceptional tour guide/driver and a wonderful group to spend the day with. Jason picked us up right on time and made sure we stayed on schedule for each stop, while still giving us plenty of time to grab coffee, have a bite to eat, use the restrooms, explore, and visit the gift shops. His knowledge about New Zealand and the tour itself was impressive, and he was always happy to answer any questions our group had. He was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with our little one in tow (Oliver says hi!). Even though it started raining on our way back, delaying our ETA, Jason made sure we were all taken care of and safely looked after. I wouldn't change a thing about the itinerary—each stop was perfectly timed and included exactly what my family wanted to experience during our time in NZ, all in just one day. The pace was relaxed, and we had more than enough time to enjoy Rotorua’s stunning geothermal wonders. Kia Ora Jason and team
