Marco was fantastic. Due to a train’s strike, the first train was cancelled but I was able to take the next one and the agency helped me to join the guide. So I just missed the introduction and was able to visit all the monuments with the guide. The return train was also cancelled but that gave me time to explore a little more the town by taking the next one. Thanks to the staff to helping me finding the guide.

Her expertise on the history and art of the monuments was outstanding, and she made the visit far more interesting. Aside from her knowledge, Federica was a pleasure to spend time with. We highly recommend Il Papavero. They were very easy to deal with over email planning our visit. Highly recommended.
