Not quite friendly. Charge for infant even less than one year old. Were informed abruptly when asked as though I shouldn't have asked the question. Trip got cancelled because infant was unfit to travel but was rejected for full refund with no reason. Charge a partial cancellation fee. Trip.com was kind enough to make up the difference with Trip Coin. So the overall good experience goes to Trip.com and the team but rating is just poor to the supplier.★

Buy on the website, print the vocher that the website sent to the mail. You can show it at the entrance, you don't have to line up to buy at vivo city. The people are very tight in line, waste a long time. I recommend it.★
