The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use.
There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process.
Most of the time you just have to show your QR code.
I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG★

The booking system on the app is very convenient. When I arrived in Singapore, I planned to pick up the pass at the airport, but I had to rush to the hotel first, so I went to collect it at MBS instead. Just a warning: if you go to pick up the pass between 3:00 and 4:30 p.m., you might have to wait a bit because it’s the staff break time. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The pass is so worth it — I could ride the MRT freely without worrying about topping up at all.★
