I haven't been to Twelve Chefs in years, and I think they've improved a lot. I usually avoid steak at buffets, but I found the texture quite good this time. The salmon sashimi was also quite sweet, and the seared sushi (salmon, scallops, and wagyu beef) were all delicious. The stir-fries were average. The desserts—the soufflé, mango-flavored profiteroles, and raw milk rolls—were really good. The ice cream didn't have chocolate flavor (sad 😫). The seafood congee was very fresh and highly recommended! The steamed fish had a lot of bones, so I found it just average. Overall, it was pretty good!★
