Ivanca our guide was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable and considerate. We particularly enjoyed the visit to Mostar, including the informative local guide and the opportunity to try local coffee at Cafe d Alma which was a fantastic experience. Kravica waterfalls were not what we expected, it was nothing like other national parks we have visited, it was chaotic with people, deck chairs, and cafes everywhere. That said it was an experience! We would highly recommend this tour.
