My stay at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-kept, making it a great place for both short and long stays.
The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is very attentive and makes sure everything is in perfect order every day. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of my stay.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location close to major attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It is conveniently located in front of a large shopping mall. However, you have to cross the street, which is quite difficult. There are no traffic lights, and cars line up, making it difficult to cross. The parking lot is also well-equipped, and the large terrace is also nice. In the case of Ras Al Khaimah, the infrastructure and attractions are lacking compared to Dubai or Abu Dhabi, so it is a hotel that is not lacking for a short stay.
