The room is ok, relatively quiet at night, breakfast is available, there is a gym, acceptable for short-distance business trips, not particularly bad, the price is moderate, overall good,
The location is perfect, quite a quiet area. Everything nearby, walking distance to all embassy and Gulshan 2 also can take rickshaw cost 50 taka.
All the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.
Special thanks to the manager who helped me with the car . He asked the driver to take me to the airport in the morning when i was unable to get Uber or Taxi.
The room was very clean and big, and have 24-hour security guards.
Very smooth check-in, also they printed some documents for me on requests, very helpful staff.
The only suggestion is to have English breakfast for those who don't have heavy continental breakfast.
Always great service, I have stayed there the last few times when I visited Dhaka
I recently stayed at Hotel Afford Inn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and the peaceful ambiance of the entire place. The location was convenient, and the surrounding area felt safe and welcoming. What made the experience even better was the beautiful weather — it added a refreshing charm to my trip and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my time. Whether for a short business trip or a relaxing getaway, Hotel Afford Inn is definitely a great choice. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Staff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don’t think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.
My wife and I like clean and tidy hotels. In Dhaka this is definitely one of the best options, and I would like to especially mention the hotel staff.
On the downside, our room window overlooked the neighboring building, which was literally a meter away. For one night this was not a problem at all.
The location is about 10 minutes walk to the Westin Hotel in the center of the new town in the gurujan district. As others have said, there is a river in front of you, and there is a national pattern, so mosquitoes may be unavoidable. Certainly, even if the mosquitoes were closed, there was a hole in the ceiling and they came in from there. I was watching the word of mouth, so I had a spray that disappeared from the mosquitoes and pushed it several times, and then I didn't see any mosquitoes. I highly recommend it.
Very good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.
Good location, good service and clean room. Two bottles of water are provided. Dental amenities are also available. Worth the money.

GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

GGuest UserThe quality of the accommodation was reasonable and the cost was low. The photos on the online booking site looked clean but not really good. No way because the cost was low. Regarding the wifi connection, I was able to connect smoothly.
DDararaI recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the complimentary fruit and coffee provided. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Despite Dhaka’s usual noise, the hotel was surprisingly quiet with no external disturbances. I stayed during Ramadan, so there might have been fewer activities contributing to the peace.
Overall, I liked the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Dhaka.
KKimS.hThe location was good and everything was good, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. However, since I was on a business trip, it was okay to stay there.

ううさたんThe two negative points are as follows.
① No hot shower
② I requested an airport shuttle service, but it never came (booked via Trip.com)
Dhaka is hot, so ① was still okay, but ② was quite a problem. I contacted Trip.com's support center, but they were of no use. I ended up waiting outside the airport where there were a lot of mosquitoes.
In the end, there was a taxi tout outside the airport, so I had no choice but to ask him.
If it weren't for the above, it would have been 5 stars.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was rich and filling. The Wi-Fi was fine, and there was a hair dryer in the room.
After checking in, the staff carried my luggage to the room, but of course they asked for a tip. lol
Also, the walls were thin, so in the morning the staff's walkie-talkies could be heard. Therefore, it is by no means a quiet environment. I didn't mind it, so I was able to sleep normally.
