he Grand Oasis Hotel exceeded expectations for a memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking city views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool and spa facilities were a relaxing highlight, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast buffet, while decent, could use more variety to match the hotel’s high standards. Its prime location made exploring nearby attractions a breeze. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. I’d happily return for another delightful experience! Highly recommended.

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away! She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

Our family had a great experience staying at the North Vancouver Hotel. The location was ideal—close to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and other family-friendly attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free parking, which made things so convenient for us. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to North Vancouver!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from major attractions. However, there is one significant drawback - the lack of readily available drinking water. Guests are required to retrieve water placed on the lobby floor, which can be inconvenient, especially if you need water frequently. The lack of individual water bottles or carafes in the rooms is a noteworthy oversight. While the hotel's amenities and service are otherwise satisfactory, this water accessibility issue is a frustrating inconvenience that detracts from an otherwise positive guest experience. Providing in-room water options would greatly improve the overall stay.

The hotel had plenty of parking, although accessing the hotel is confusing your first time as you cannot turn into the lot from both directions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Blackout shades were great for sleeping in. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced. And the free breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located in a new area, very conveniently located, next to Costco, and two minutes drive to McDonald's. The room we were given was very large, I added a kids cot for $15 per night, the facilities were very new, the beds were very clean, and there was a walk-out balcony to see the night view. It was only about 20 minutes to downtown Victoria, and I was generally satisfied.

AAGM03The location was good, not core Downtown. Staff was pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries. Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing. There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in. The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi. The food was amazing, never had mashed potatoes that much before 😂.

GGuest User* The fragrance used in the lobby and hallway is not very pleasant. * We like the self-served coffee machine at the lobby. * We had difficulty searching for the carpark lot next to the hotel but we managed to get it sorted out using the internet call option in Trip.com apps plus the help by the hotel front desk stuff.

MMjkoWhat I can say is the location was so perfect for us. The transportation just 2mins walk from the bus stop,10mins drive to downtown and malls is only 5mins walk from this hotel. But 2 things that makes me disappointed, first is on our first night in the middle of the night the air conditioner became to noisy the noise was so annoying at first we ignored it because we’re in the middle night and we’re sleeping, but the noise of the AC doesn’t stop and it became to loud so we need turn it off. Since its in the middle of the night we just ignore it and we go back to sleep since the temperature of our room is still cold. So in the morning we reported it in the front desk about the AC to check the AC of our room. But the front desk wasn’t sure if can be fix on that day so he suggest to give us a stand fan. Since we got no choice we agreed for his suggestion for the stand fan because we have to leave the hotel and go somewhere. We came back late night like 10pm. We saw the stand fan but we did now turn on yet, we try to turn on the AC if its fix and no more noise. Like 1-2hrs the AC is ok its normal, but when we’re about to go to bed and sleep the AC begun rattling and too noisy. So we need to turn it off the AC. So 2nd thing is the stand fan we got no choice so we turn it on the stand fan but sadly the fan takes 10-20mins to start the fan and when fan started is too noisy just like the AC. So in our 2nights when dont have a good sleep. 😂 But all in all the cleanliness of the room was excellent except the trouble of AC and Stand Fan 🤣🤣🤣

JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey. Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

MMINThis trip Vancouver-Kamloops-Banff-Jasper-Kamloops-Vancouver, 7 hotels, 12 nights, this is a hotel that will receive a deposit refund immediately after check-out, and the favorability will increase, until the deadline Today at 10.15 pm at 17:00, Vancouver time, the hotel deposit for Jasper check-out on 10.12 has not been refunded. For breakfast, you can make your own waffles, toast, cereal, milk, coffee, yogurt, apple and banana, compared to other hotels Breakfast with more waffles, it is already very good, can eat enough, the tableware is disposable! There is no environment at all. There are two gas stations on the side of the road. The price of Kamloops 87 gasoline is 1.129 Canadian dollars, which is much cheaper than Vancouver. Vancouver is 1.5-1.6 Canadian dollars. Parking is free. All hotels do not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hair dryer

GGuest UserThis was my first time ever staying here and I was very impressed. I will definitely be coming back to the Bayside Resort in the future. The staff from the moment I walked in the door were amazing. They were super polite and very helpful and very informative for all my questions and needs. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I came there for a relaxing weekend and got just that. The restaurant and lounge staff were so nice and on the ball. It was very busy there but they never skipped a beat and always made me feel like I was the only one in the room. I was super impressed with this. It was disappointing that there was no hot tub as it was dealing with repairs at the time, hey these things happen, but the pool was great and the workout room/gym was very impressive as well. Location of this resort is amazing, honestly can’t get much better. Spectacular views on beachfront to one the most popular beaches in this region. What a beautiful spot!! I feel like I can go on and on, all and all I had a great experience at the Bayside Resort and I will definitely be back soon!!
