This hotel where I stayed this time was really wonderful. First of all, my first impression when I arrived was that the room was very clean and spacious! It was actually much more spacious than it looked in the photos, and there was plenty of space even when I opened my suitcase. The room was well-cleaned, and not only the floors and bathrooms, but even the tops of the shelves and corners were kept clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. What I particularly appreciated was that the room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Since it was a long-term stay, I knew I would need to do laundry during the stay, but it was really helpful to be able to do the washing and drying in the room without having to go outside. It was easy to operate, and I was grateful that detergent and other supplies were also available. There was also a bathtub in the bathroom, so I was able to thoroughly soothe my tired feet after walking around sightseeing. The water pressure and temperature adjustment of the shower were no problem, so I was able to use it comfortably both in the morning and at night. There aren't many rooms with bathtubs these days, so this was a really nice point. And what impressed me most of all was the kindness of the owner. He was very polite from the time I checked in, and he was kind enough to tell me about nearby recommended restaurants. They responded to our questions promptly, allowing us to stay without worry. Even small requests during our stay were readily accommodated, giving us a sense of security. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and service, and this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. We can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family. The quiet, relaxing environment was a great way to fully relax after a long day of travel. Thank you so much!

Very good.  it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window. Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included … I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee … The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down  I am impressed and very satisfied

Ececellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However,combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.

One of best Hotel I have ever visited. Cleanliness and Environment is 5/5 i wish i could stay long. Very Friendly Staff!! Yes i will visit this hotel again whenever i come to nanaimo. Thanks to Trip app for saving me at the last moment and booking was easy.

The location of the B&B is good, within 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and bus station, with convenient transportation. You can buy compass recharge cards or disposable paper cards at the subway station, which are convenient for traveling in the city. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils and seasonings are all available, making it very convenient to cook. The landlord is warm and thoughtful in service, and if you stay for a long time, you may even get free local high-quality fruits.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht. Schönes und angenehmes Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

We stayed on the side of the hotel near the train track. We didn’t sleep much at night. It was too noisy. We wanted to feel like the train was going into the room. It was deafening and the child was crying. This was a very dissatisfied and unpleasant experience.

My family of four with children has some business to do in Campbell River, so there are some inconveniences with the one-day reservation facility, but overall it's good.

Big and cozy lobby. Nice swimming pool. Very convenient that there was 1 additional water basin outside bathroom, especially when there are more than 2 persons. breakfast room is also big, providing standard American breakfast
