The room has a comfortable queen sized futon and can be easily used as a 4th bedroom with closet. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the primary bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and door to the attached upper deck overlooking the backyard with mountain views to the side.
