Very close to bus terminus and mtr. Very professional housekeeping lady for room 811 during 25-28 March.
Overall stay would be perfect, if the wifi password could be offered during waiting time for checking in so we could work and enjoy wifi during waiting time.

Located on a quiet street near the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with many (overpriced/touristy) restaurants around it. About a 5 minute walk from the A-1 exit at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, but almost double walking distance for the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The closest supermarket is a Park n Shop International in a basement on Peking Road.
The hotel is quite easy to find with signage and reception on the ground floor. Service is friendly with good English. Two keycards are usually provided per room. Luggage storage is comprehensive and every bag is logged.
The building itself is quite narrow - but there are only 3 rooms per floor, so the room sizes are quite decent for Hong Kong standards. Unfortunately it seems that this particular building has been dealing with moisture issues with some time. There was a heavy mould smell in the assigned room, the staff organised a room change the next day but were only able to give a choice between two other rooms with the same type of smell - one with the same amount of smell, and one with less smell but a smaller room. We swapped to the smaller room. To combat the moisture, every room has a dehumidifier included - remember to empty the water when you get there, and check every day, leaving it on when you leave the room.
Room was not dirty per se, but many areas could do with a deep clean - mould along the silicone on the sink, around the shower, heavy dust build up in the vents and air conditioner, and bubbling paint on the ceiling.
Bed was comfortable though a little smaller than a Queen size mattress. Mini fridge, kettle and microwave are included. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion are quite good. Bathroom water pressure was fine.
Overall a good stay, but maybe stay away if you are sensitive to smells. On my next trip I think I'll stay near Wan Chai or North Point (HK Island) instead, where everything is a lot cheaper and less touristy.

For extended ***** New Year, I started my trip with a few days in Hong Kong. Reception helped me find location. Very expensive and a tight fit (only bathroom window). Otherwise a good option considering the area is high-traffic. Near The Library cafe bar terrace, a perfect spot.

Convenient transportation, there is a crosswalk and elevator after exiting Ho Man Tin Station.
At first I thought I had to call, but there is actually a front desk. The procedures are very convenient. The room is a bit small, but it has everything. The towels are disposable and more hygienic. The bedding is quite clean. At least I didn't have any adverse reactions the next day. There is a folding table which is quite interesting. The shower gel is quite useful. There are many food nearby. When you check out, you can just throw the room card in the box, which is very convenient.

Super good serviced apartment, already considered very cost-effective in Hong Kong. The service is also very good, cleaned regularly, and problems will be solved at any time.

Stayed for a night and ubered from HK Intl Airport. Comfortable room and good location. Would be nice if toiletries were provided like toothbrush etc. and bottled water would have also been nice
Want to start by saying this is the best view from a hotel I’ve ever had—genuinely incredible. The location is fine, about a 15 minute walk to central and 10 minutes from Sheung Wan metro stop. Few nice cafes and bars around too. The room is a decent size (especially for HK) so good value for money. A few things need improving:
1. The drain really smells after the toilets flushed and the shower or sink is used.
2. Bed is quite hard, recommend the mattress topper they provide. Much better.
3. The smoke detector is right above the bed and blinks throughout the night, can be quite annoying so bring an eye mask.
4. The key cards sometimes don’t work in the elevator to go up.
Good value for money though!

Very convenient location! Our room was accessible room with spacious toilet and shower. But the room needs a major some renovation. There are stains or mold like stains on the carpet and wall next to bathroom, the sofa bed (as we’re travelling with a child) was so uncomfortable, furtniture overall worn out. AC looked dirty.
Housekeeping and service desk are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - you’ll from 4 different breakfast set every morning.

The Mongkok Holiday Inn Express is a short walk down Dundas Street from the Yau Ma Tei metro -- f you have heavy suitcases, you are better off getting a taxi from the Kowloon Airport Express station. I moved here because the prices at the Golden Mile Holiday Inn were climbing through the roof over Christmas, and the Mongkok Holiday Inn was almost half the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff, who looked after my luggage through several comings and goings, saving me almost another £100 on storage fees. Breakfast is a choice from a set menu rather than a buffet, but it was nice enough. I'll definitely stay here again.... in fact, I will stay here again the day after tomorrow!

The hotel’s location is its best feature, right next to Chungking Mansions—great for Indian and Asian travelers, with a bus stop at the entrance.
However, the rooms and bathrooms are very small, the AC runs continuously without heating options, and essentials like blankets or slippers must be requested in person as calls to reception go unanswered.
Overall, excellent location but basic amenities and service leave much to be desired.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!

AAngbabaylanIt is an old building. Some parts were still pretty. My room was clean. I was a little confused when I was looking for my room. Most of the staff were nice. The lobby guy around 5 or 6am was really helpful giving me directions to 711. The staff during check in was nice enough but there was a little hint of impatience maybe he was tired and there were a lot of customers checking in that time. I didn’t see seaside which was a shame. There is construction going on.

Ddk94Hot water not working well, i had to take cold showers. I dont know is it about the button or not. No soap included, only toilet paper and tea in room which is acceptable. They asking you to pay for the shower gel and shampoo kind of stuff. Asked 500hkd deposit, beware. Overall is okay can consider to stay again.
KKing Leung KaneIt was a comfortable stay for a 1-night overnight stay at Noah's Ark. Nice open outdoor patio with table and chairs. Room was clean, but water runs off easily from shower onto the bathroom floor. Travelled with 2 kids (6 and 3 year old) - a bit of a walk from the public bus drop-off (the security guard at the gate close to the beach/restaurants told us to walk around to the main entrance). Not many food options available at the park, needed to walk out to the restaurants at the beach for lunch and dinner.
AAnonymous UserThe location is good for walking to Mongkok or Sham Shui Po. Around the hotel has some of small factory business cutting aluminium, which make some noise and smell when walk pass. The hotel may ask you to pay more for China tax. They said it is new rules if you booked before 2025, the tax increase, so they will ask to pay 3% more.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location, very convenient access to MTR station (Jordan B2 exit).
Walk across the street on Jordan just outside the Kowloon Union Church (less than 150m from hotel), there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport (Bus A22).
Very close to all food/restaurant/shopping, plenty of convenient stores and pharmacies around the corner
Friendly receptionist especially the ladies on morning/day shift. Nighttime staff rarely acknowledge when you enter/exit the lobby.
Staff able to help with directions/time for airport bus.
Bedroom amenities:
Hotel is boutique style, retro feel. Good and clean presentation in lobby and restaurant.
Bedroom is small rooms but expected because of limited space and property value in Hong Kong.
(Double bed, with 2 single beds pushed together).
Very small desk with minimal work space.
Faster dryer, small safe (did not use), no refrigerator, one kettle and 2 drinking glasses but no coffee/tea sachets.
Small sink immediately upon entry and across from bathroom.
Not enough wall hooks or hangers.
Cool AC, comfortable beds, warm blankets.
Indoor shoes provided.
Mentioned before booking so is already aware of this:
Limited amenities provided - shampoo/conditioner, body gel, hair dryer, 1 floor towel, 2 bath towels.
No basic toiletries, no hand soap.
No housekeeping unless requested (we never use this service when we travel since we are very clean and organized).
Breakfast for purchase but hotel does provide free coffee/tea with bread (jam & butter) on weekdays only.
Cleanliness:
Duvet cover had some red stain.
Round dark stain on the carpet about the size of a dime (not sure if it is ketchup or blood).
Also found very fine strands of hair around the toilet and one used contact lens stuck behind sink faucet.
Bottom of the shower door does not have edge trim so water can seep out and wet the outside floor.
Some mold around the shower caulking and around the sinks.
Good water pressure and hot water, shower handle mount is loose.
