When you stay at Lapland Hotels Akashotelli in Kolari, you'll be in a national park, within a 5-minute drive of Äkäslompolo Dog Park and Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park. This ski hotel is 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from Kellokas Visitor Centre and 1.7 mi (2.8 km) from Kesankijarvi.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. Skiers will be in heaven, but there are recreational options available for non-skiers as well, including a nightclub and a health club. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, ski storage, and gift shops/newsstands. The ski shuttle (surcharge) makes getting to the slopes a breeze.
Enjoy Regional cuisine at Äkäshotelli, a restaurant which features a bar/lounge and a garden view. You can also stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and 2 meeting rooms. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.

Layout: The entire hotel layout is shown in Figure 1. The wilderness cabin is closer to the check-in front desk. Walking out is the Aurora Hut close to the restaurant. The furthest away is the Arctic Chalet. Meals, bar, front desk hours are shown in Figure 2.
Aurora Hut: If you come to Inari, it is recommended to stay in the Aurora Hut, because the glass house is designed at the right angle to see the aurora. It is easy to spot the aurora in the house. After spotting it, I immediately went out to the lake to take pictures. The constant changes of the aurora are beautiful! The reserved wilderness cabin was upgraded to the Aurora cabin on site for 190 euros. At the same time, the upgrade fee for dinner is 48 euros per person, and there is also 80 euros per person for breakfast and tax.
Key point: Be sure to book a room on Ctrip based on the actual number of people. This hotel includes breakfast and dinner. The food is good and highly recommended!
Small town: There are two large supermarkets next to each other in the small town, and there is an Internet celebrity restaurant next to the museum. The Internet celebrity restaurant is crowded and requires reservation in advance, but if you are too lazy, you might as well just eat at the hotel buffet.
Travel activities: There is also a travel company Visit Inari in the town. You can search their official website to book a reindeer cart. The travel agency will pick you up at the hotel door 15 minutes in advance. But in fact, there is an activity reservation center on the right side of the front desk of this wilderness igloo hotel as soon as you enter the door. This wilderness hotel has many activities, including ice fishing, motorboating, hiking, and aurora chasing. Just pay to sign up at the front desk and gather ten minutes in advance. All activities here are provided with a full set of outdoor professional equipment such as clothes, hats, gloves, and shoes. No need to worry about clothes at all!
In terms of comfort, the Aurora Lodge is a little colder. After all, there is a large glass roof. If it snows, you don’t have to worry. There is a one-touch heating button in the house to melt snow, which is very convenient. There are still no slippers and bathrobes. If you need a sauna, you need to go to the front desk to make a reservation for 10 euros/half hour. I gave you the key and went to the sauna in the last row of the Aurora Lodge. The prison has three hours of daylight to use the sauna, otherwise it is pitch dark.
Inari surprise: There are Tesla charging stations, remember to download the aurora forecast app and other reminders, so I went to the hotel lake to take pictures of the aurora. Inari can contact a taxi when going to Ivalo Airport. The taxi driver's business card is also in the picture. He is a local driver and the meter costs almost 100 euros. It is a good deal! You can also ask the front desk for recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent location, within 10 minutes walk to nearby supermarkets and bars. Bus stop for taking buses to Santa Claus Village and Railway Station is also nearby. Right next to the hotel there’s Beyond Arctic Adventures where we booked our Northern Lights Tour.
Breakfast buffet wasn’t a huge spread but still a pretty good selection overall. No hairdryer in our room, and the heater wasn’t really working. There’s a shared kitchen as well so we were able to cook our own meals.
In the mountains~
It is more convenient to drive by yourself!
There are not many people, very quiet~
It takes about half an hour to drive from Santa Claus Village
Drive into the woods of the hotel. There is a kind of lonely beauty!! It is also very mysterious...
There are also deer in the hotel!
It’s a pity that I didn’t see the northern lights this time
The room is nice, the surrounding is quiet, and it’s convenient to eat nearby
Facilities: Exquisite and elegant, with local characteristics
Hygiene: clean
Environment: There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and a local celebrity restaurant opposite. Breakfast buffet, blueberry juice is good
The breakfast was good. There were fresh pineapples and melons. The Wi-Fi was only in the lobby and the staff was very responsible. There is no bus to the hotel to take a taxi, you can choose a bus to the nearest hotel and then take a taxi will save money. I saw the Aurora Alarm rang six times a night, and the last 23 o'clock Aurora was the strongest.
Buffet breakfast, diversified styles, my favorite salmon, eggplant juice beans and wheat skin, and a self-service waffles machine, let the guests make their own waffles 🧇, hot and very delicious! The hotel is on the side of the river in River Juutua, you can see the beautiful view of the river in the restaurant and room, first-class enjoyment! The front desk clerk was happy to answer our questions, and some were smiling! The waiters and food in the hotel restaurant (Aanaar) reached the level of a 5-star hotel. When serving, each dish will be explained, what is its main dish, side dish and juice! The most unfortunately, the thermostat does not have temperature, and the weather is not too cold. There is a hot tube for drying clothes in the bathroom, and the wet clothes are drying quickly!
With a stay at Aurora Pyramid Glass Igloos in Kittila, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Levi Ski Resort and Market Square, Levi. This hotel is 4.6 mi (7.4 km) from Crazy Reindeer Arena and 4.8 mi (7.7 km) from Levi Express Cabin Lift.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as bicycles to rent, or other amenities including gift shops/newsstands and a fireplace in the lobby. Additional features at this hotel include tour/ticket assistance and a banquet hall.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include a business center, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 11 guestrooms featuring refrigerators. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms feature showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers, and housekeeping is provided daily.
Everything is fine. Is invincible in sound insulation! Chalet to live. It is a building with four households. Farting can be heard next door. Noisy endless! Don't choose if you are too noisy. Speechless
The hotel has very good breakfast and nice and friendly service. The location is good for Hetta village but the location of Hetta is a little far from everywhere including activities.
The view from the hotel is beautiful and there are also charging stations for electric cars with relatively cheap rates.

MMok TMSantasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.
GGuest UserA lovely cosy place to stay, however the location really is in the sticks where transport is limited to around 3 buses to or from the city with the last bus arriving at 7pm. But the room was great and extremely warm in the minus 15 degrees temperature.

GGuest User** it is 30 min drive from the rovaniemi city center, about 50 euros on uber. however you get to live close to the trees and lake without much light pollution/ crowds, i managed to peek a little bit of aurora during our stay.
** very friendly and helpful staff and hotel owner. he even helped me pick up a failing toy drone in the middle of the frozen lake. <3<3<3
i do love this place

李李Breakfast is great! ! ! It is the best in this trip, the variety is not the most, but the taste is the best. While eating breakfast, while enjoying the forest snowfield outside the window, it is really beautiful~ I also had dinner at the restaurant, the Mexican roll And steak, very good. The hotel room is small but very homey, very warm~ the waiter is also very enthusiastic, and it helps a lot of our English rookie. Skiing is also very convenient outside, and ski rental is convenient and not expensive.
NNg CKVApartment is located close to the city center, about ten minutes' walk. Before check-in, you will be sent an SMS and email with a password about your check-in at about 3 pm. The overall facilities are complete, including a frying pan, cups, dishes, knives and forks, a vacuum cleaner and an electric iron. Definitely the first choice for long term stay
OOuzhousheyingtuanyixianshengThe room is nice, parking is free, clean and fully equipped. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby called Greater China, and the buffet is 17.9 euros per person. Accommodation is expensive in this place.
