3-Star Hotels in Lazio, Italy

The hotel is easy to find from Termini station, 5 min walk maximum. The room is not big but cosy and well organised. Breakfast was good: with some choose and tasty. The staff was very friendly

It's a 10-15 minute walk from Rome's Termini Station. It didn't feel far even when I was dragging my suitcase. It's a safe area. There was a supermarket next door, which was convenient, and a bar. The bar had a wide selection of wines and was a great place to eat. It seemed to be frequented by locals. The room was spacious, and the bathroom (shower room) was larger and cleaner than I expected. I didn't need to change the bath towels every day, so I didn't ask, but they took the trash away every day. There were coffee and tea facilities, and a minibar (charged), so it was comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've had during my stay in Italy. There was a wide variety of vegetables and other dishes, the croissants were delicious, and the orange juice was made from fresh oranges. In addition to the coffee they had, they made espresso and cappuccino to order. There was also free coffee and croissants at the bottom of the stairs at the reception, so I could enjoy them whenever I wanted. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, and can be reached on foot. There are also many restaurants around, which is quite convenient. The room we booked has a large bed and 2 sofa beds side by side, which is suitable for family travel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will contact guests by email in advance about their arrival time because they don't start work until 8:00. When checking in, they will help answer questions enthusiastically. Room keys, keys to the first floor of the apartment, and keys to the block gate will be issued to facilitate entry and exit at night. If you check out early, you need to leave three keys at the front desk. The hotel elevator is a very old one, very small, and if there are a lot of luggage or people, you have to go upstairs in batches. Disadvantages: The hotel rooms feel like separated rooms, and the sound insulation effect is not that good. The design of the shower room in the room bathroom is rather strange, there is one piece of glass missing, water will flow out of the shower room, it will be a bit cold to take a shower in winter. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, you have to bring your own.

The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy city (the entrance is very small, you may walk past it accidentally, haha), there is a convenience store diagonally opposite, and there is a restaurant a few hundred meters away! ! This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip! ! European hotel rooms are small and expensive, but this room is actually a suite! It is worth it hahahaha!

Because our flight could not catch up with the departure time of the cruise ship that day, we had to arrive at the port one day in advance. It turned out that choosing this hotel was a very correct decision. She is located right next to the ferry bus stop, making it very easy to push your luggage to the bus. Arriving at the port a day early also provided us with the opportunity to take a relaxing half-day tour in the local area. Although the hotel itself is a bit old, it is very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and will take the initiative to help with luggage. The overall experience is very good.

Everything was great overall! The hotel is conveniently located just outside the airport, and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy to find. However, there was no shuttle service before 4:15 AM, so the reception arranged a taxi for us at 3:30 AM. We specifically asked if we could pay for the taxi by card, and the reception confirmed that it was possible. Unfortunately, when the taxi driver dropped us off, he said he only accepted cash and was not informed about card payment during the reservation. This was frustrating, as we had relied on the information provided. If you have an early morning schedule, I recommend keeping some cash on hand just in case. In terms of amenities, there is a shopping center just outside the hotel, but it closes at 10 PM. About a 3-minute walk away, there is an Italian restaurant where we stopped for a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t great, so unless you’re desperate for a quick bite, I wouldn’t recommend it. They might be better with other dishes tho. There’s also another restaurant nearby, styled like an American diner, offering burgers, burritos, and similar options. We didn’t get a chance to try it, as the kitchen was already closed when we arrived, but the place was busy, and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Despite these minor issues, our stay was pleasant overall!
