Lovely staff, good rooms and fantastic location. Reasonable food prices and drinks. Great cocktails. Very clean showers and amenities and water refilling station at ground floor. However, a few things to note.
1) can be quite loud in corridors which you hear in the room
2) there’s a constant humming of services so recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper
3) the pool is huge but some algae which meant backswimmer bugs which bite…once raised they were on it, but we shouldn’t have to raise it. See photos.
4) our room definitely smelt fousty - guess that’s what happens if you have no window.
Overall, totally worth the price paid but as the pool is a huge selling point, I urge them to clean regularly and use strong chlorine.

Great place to stay, I stayed here for 3 nights and the pricing was very affordable. Spacious and very clean rooms and a well maintained property.
The staff is always available and friendly, a family run property and they take care of it really well.
Would definitely recommend.
Very conveniently located close to the Pub street, Old market, night market and the river side if your want to explore street food.
A gem of a hotel, small but relaxing swimming pool, great welcoming staff and nice size rooms. The location is a little bit further to the city centre, but an advantage is that it leads to a shorter way to Angkor Wat. Excellent selection of breakfast with western and Khmer options. The only downsides are the mosquitos.
Great place. We rented for 1 night to see Angkor in the morning. We arrived late, around 11 pm. Since we don't know English well, both the owner and his daughter helped us find a common language. We communicated through an online translator. They helped us agree with the taxi driver who was taking us from the border to accept payment in baht. They helped us order dinner through grab. In the morning, they ordered a tuk-tuk for us. We returned to the hotel at 1 pm to order a taxi back to the border. Although check-out was at 12, the owner suggested taking a shower before leaving and ordered a taxi for us himself. Only positive emotions from communication. Huge room. We took a family bungalow. Nice pool. The only downside is that the hot water ran out quickly, apparently there wasn't enough energy to fill the bath. But it's not needed when the cold water coming out of the tap is not icy, and it's so hot outside. The air conditioner also did its job. We slept comfortably. Special respect for the furniture and decoration. Everything is made to last from solid wood. It's like being in an old colonial hotel. I recommend it to everyone. It's worth the money.
The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls.
Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete.
The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad)
The pool was lovely though.
I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔
I stayed in the King Deluxe room type. During the New Year's Day, the room fee + tax is 240 yuan per night. The hotel is located in a small alley next to Highway 6. There are 4 floors. The first floor is a sauna and a small swimming pool (free use), and the second floor is a massage room (reservation is required. The reviews are highly rated. ), the third floor is the guest room, and the fourth floor is the open-air restaurant (only breakfast). Check in and get a ticket for the performance of ”Angkor's Smile”. The ticket is in the B1 area. The theater is not too big and the effect is OK. Check in and get a free one-hour traditional massage. The service attitude is very good. The guest rooms are in a traditional and Zen style, equipped with refrigerators, bathtubs and viewing balconies. It is worth mentioning that the bedding is very comfortable and clean, and exudes a fresh fragrance. The hotel’s breakfast is cooked separately for each guest. It is two toasts, omelettes, fruit and a cup of tea. Although simple, it is expensive. The front desk of the hotel is omnipotent, changing the change, booking a car online, booking a day trip, and all take the initiative to say hello when you go in and out. The disadvantage of the hotel is that it is quite a distance from the old market. It costs US$2 to go to the old market to visit tuk-tuk, but the hotel is located on Highway 6, and the traffic is quite convenient. Most tour groups come to pick up people, and only food stalls eat nearby. (There may be a restaurant, I didn't find it). If you have the opportunity to go to Cambodia again in the future, you should stay here again.

Very Good
MMariasmdThe room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.
GGuest UserI recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.
SSolo Male - Long Term TravelExpectation/Reality: The rooms and the photos were pretty close, and you will get pretty much what you expect. The bed is a foam top which isn't bad.
Security: Generally secure. No safe, and the key is attached to the bracelet, but the location and the space felt secure.
Hygiene: Generally good. You may have to ask for fresh towels, but the space itself was clean.
Hospitality: Quite good, everyone speaks english and is fairly competent.
Social Atmosphere: WARNING this is a party hostel. Music will be playing until mid night, so if you want to sleep early you need very good ear plugs. There's lots of events and lots of people to socialize with, typically they are around 21-22 years old, but there are older and younger, generally a good crowd. The volunteers organizing the events are just OK and doing their job, not the most keen or enthusiastic, but reasonably good enough.
Overall: Good value for a private room. Good location to see the touristy sights. BEWARE don't book transport through the hostel. It seems convenient but it not a good experience. You get picked up by a tuk tuk, dropped off outside of town and wait by the side of the road were no one speaks english to get into a jam packed into van with broken AC, and no one speaks english, the van left about an hour behind schedule and when arriving at Phnom Penh, it was a dodgy experience, getting into another van alone to be dropped off into the next hostel. It was an uncomfortable adventure, but I did arrive safe, but if i did it again I would book transport through a provider with more direct responsibility.
GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay. Really nice hotel, comfortable and good sized rooms. Nice AC and fan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s clean and the best location. We could walk to everything here very quickly and easily. We will be back and would stay here again no problem.
GGuest UserLocation is pretty convenient, 15min walk to the Pub street, there’s 7/11 and laundry service right around the corner. Hosts are lovely and sweet;
I booked the place via trip.com and the room they provided was different from the photos; i booked a nice looking white room as they showed on my reservation but I ended up in a different room which was dark and not as fresh looking as I was expecting. Bathroom is a bit tricky, water usually spills all across the floor, and takes time to drain.
Room has both AC and a ceiling fan, they provide toothbrush and small soaps, as well as towels; no flip-flops.
Room and bathroom were both quite spacious, although it was rather dark inside since lightbulbs don’t actually light up much. The bedding appears clean but it isn’t the most fresh and you can see some stains but it is in an acceptable condition, although the mat in front of the bathroom door was quite old and filthy looking. There isn’t a mini fridge or blow dryer in the room and also no sockets in the bathroom which was actually quite inconvenient.
They have a nice small pool in the yard.
Guest house doesn’t provide house keeping unless you ask; same with drinking water - you have to ask and they will give bottles.
There was a child on the premises that often screamed, which was rather unpleasant during the waking hours tbh.
Overall, it was a normal place considering the price; i would stay there again assuming that they provide the room I book and not something else.

GGuest UserThis place was on the good side. However, the staff were a bit sketchy and price of their services have 10% service fee and another 10% government fee, which for me is too much. That perhaps explains why there are not much people eating in or availing tours from them. Also, I arrived at around 10ish in the morning and asked if I can check in early. They said I have to pay $5 in order to check in early but I told then I was willing to wait. A few moments later, they asked me to give them a good review either on trip advisor or google reviews so they can let me in. I did it for the sake of checking in but I just want to let you know that happened. Hopefully they can improve this matter.
DDirtyDQuiet guesthouse, beautiful entrance, balconies and a pool plus super friendly staff. Great location, five minutes walk from anywhere downtown, local restaurants, bar street and vegan restaurant. Great tuk tuk driver to drive you around all the sights in the city. I highly recommend you request Pan Ya to be your driver. Would definitely return. Thank you for everything.
