3-Star Hotels in Jeju Province, South Korea

i love this hotel 💖, because their friendly staff, clean, delicious breakfast, quick & fast check-in 24hours.. then i extended to stay and ask to stay in the same room. what amazed me, they sent the towel everyday, i even did not ask, they are very caring & tried to lets the guest feel comfort ... i definitely will coming back to this hotel when i come to jeju, bcos their lovely staff 🏵️💖💐

Close to Hankuk Hospital and Jeju Intercity bus stop. There is CU stop on the front beside Astar Hotel. The uncle on reception is very polite and welcoming.

Excellent location, but no one to speak to if needed, seems no phone number for contact if required. Not sure if I missed the phone number. It is ok not to provide dental kit rather than a communal toothpaste. Insecticide placed in the same cabinet as kettle. Sound at corridor audible. Not sure if metal chain which cannot be connected supposed to be removed?

It's ok for a few nights stay. Not much to do in Jeju. The place is clean, good price. I would appreciate if they would let me check in an hour or two earlier, but they couldn't.

We booked Triple room of 3 single beds (d additional bed was soft not comfortable). Walking distance to traditional/wet market, olive young, daiso, dc underground mall and 7Eleven. Unfortunately parking is limited especially at night. Easy check in/out.

The lady at the front desk doesn't speak Chinese, so we didn't communicate much, but the service was pretty good. The price is not expensive, and it's quiet at night. The downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, but everything else is good

1. The location is only 10 minutes from the airport which is great 2. It’s very close to shopping, Health Care Road and Lotte. It’s convenient to eat and drink. 3. The service attitude is also good The room is too small for this price

Good location, just besides Shilla & Lotte shopping mall and Nuwemaru Street. Car park is automated, there is a Chinese guidance on how to use the automated car park. The room is nice, spacious and clean. No toiletries, coffee, tea and water being provided. The service is not to my expectation, there is no 24 hours check in, this is more like airbnb, but I didn't get any room number a day before my stay, if not I do not have to be there twice in order to get my room. No facilities, not even water dispenser. Everything you should expect to buy from CU convenient store which is just besides the building. There is washing machine, microwave, water boiler, and cooking stove. Overall satisfy with the stay.

The hotel proximity to airport limousine stop and buses are very good. The room is a good size for two people with 3-4 luggages. The bathroom is clean. The only thing is that we wish they put the shower curtain so that the whole bathroom & toilet doesn’t get wet. We booked the room with breakfast. The breakfast was very minimal such as toast, cereals, eggs and shredded cabbages & lettuce but you ought to get there before 8.30am. For coffee one has to buy from receptionist. There’s kettle, tea and coffee in sachets and small fridge in the room.

The hotel is located by a main road close to a street food. There's also a bus stop nearby. It has the perfect location esp if it's your first time in Jeju. Our room was cleaned every day. The only downside is that they only provided small face/hand towels. Not sure why.
