Customer service 10/10 facilities 7/10 (no hot water, the room can smell very damp, the restaurant food is delicious and very good, the elevator usually has a very strange smell, the location is excellent...

This hotel was so beautiful, and very comfortable. They say the area is not safe to walk at night, but I didn't find it inconvenient. I really liked my stay and would love to come back

Because we were worried about being blocked on the 20th, we had to leave the hotel early (5 am), and the two people didn't eat breakfast. Can we refund some money? Two people have a breakfast and check out early.

Although it is in the old town, the surrounding area does not feel like an old town. The window looks out to the iconic building. The room is large and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The transportation is also OK, about 15 minutes walk from the subway station, and Uber is not expensive.

Excellent place to stay, I would recommend

The hotel is not terrible, good price and location but there are better hotels in similiar price ranges. Definitely not worthy of the Ramada name. I know they were closed for a time so maybe given some more time they can make necessary improvements. As it is everything just feels old and outdated. The room was small and felt cramped, though the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

The room is nice and the staff is very good. We stayed in 1510. The humming sound of the central air conditioner could not be turned off all day, which affected our rest. The hot water was OK, but the shower was not working well. There was shampoo, bath gel and body lotion. The bath towels were clean. There were not many varieties of breakfast.

internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.

It was a very quiet and cool place the service was great and the pool on the roof was just what I needed. It's very good place to stay and see the city and walk around

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.
