The hotel is quite big, the breakfast is really great, you don't need to eat lunch after breakfast. It's very close to the beach, just outside the door, very lively. The only problem is that the room has no window, it seems that many rooms don't have it. It may also be that the room I booked is the lowest grade. I will choose this place again. It doesn't matter if there is no window, anyway I won't stay in the room. There are many security guards in the hotel, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. They must have been trained.

Their location is in the middle of the City. It is convenient for us first timers. Taxis are everywhere, Robinson’s Mall, Pharmacy, and Restaurant. The room we booked was good for 3 people. It was a bit old but overall fine. Spacious room for 3 people. However, the breakfast style posted in trip.com was “buffet” but then the receptionist said it was only applicable for selected days. I suggest updating your information in trip.com.

Very new and clean rooms. The staff tries and is always ready to help with any issue, they are great guys. But there are some nuances: 1) The view in the rooms is on the wall. In all of them. Due to the fact that the area of the hotel is small, we had to put all the rooms right up against a white three-meter fence. And because of this, your window will be resting against it. 2) Breakfast is just a disaster. This is the worst breakfast in 3 years of our continuous travels. True, this is very bad :) Everything is on the menu, and there will be strange dishes to choose from, like sausage + rice, or a loaf of bread + egg. It is impossible to get full from this, no way, so after breakfast in this hotel we went to another breakfast in a cafe. And also regularly bought yogurts, fruits, etc. in the store to at least somehow complement it. Guests - definitely do not buy breakfast. Hotel manager - redo the breakfast, make it normal.

Only thing I didn’t like was after our 6th night there we we’re leaving an the guy at the front gate didn’t let us leave for 10 minutes it was awful an we checked out an everything else. Overall it was a great experience just a few disappointing things. We checked many places an fir this part of the province it’s as good as it gets folks

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very well maintained, the rooms are cozy, the pool is clean, no lumot or aything. Everyday there is someone cleaning it. Very affordable. I only paid 2845 for 2 nights. Free water in the dispenser. You can also rent a motorcycle for 24 hours. Very quite and safe. Best best best

I was truly impressed with my experience! The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the coffee. The facilities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable stay. I had read some reviews mentioning that the hotel was older, and I admit I was a little hesitant to book. However, from the moment we checked in, I was incredibly satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, and having a refrigerator was a great touch. While there was no window, it was perfectly fine for our one-night stay as we were primarily there to rest. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

Granada is a special place to stay. The owners are on the grounds and personally assisting with the guests and things around the resort. Food menus are set for every other day, which is unique. The food is delicious! A mix between local and foreign cuisine. They’re accommodating with minor changes to each meal if you request it. They also asked if we wanted our Mel served in our room, which is very cool also! Adults only, so it is a quiet place. Pool is 24 hours. Check out time can be flexible if requested and the room isn’t booked for your check out day. This is a great place for couples who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay. It’s nearby Oslob, the place to see whale sharks. If taking a bus from Cebu city, the trip is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic. The beach is relaxing with very natural sand composition and the sand isn’t connected to the water, it’s above it. Bring water shoes as the water is natural with coral. Great for snorkeling! At night we found a giant hermit crab on the beach! First time to see one so big!

The place is very big. A long way from the reception desk to the blocks of rooms. There's an electric shuttle providing rides. But no phones in rooms, so you can't call it when you need a ride from your room. You can't order a meal unless you go to the restaurant yourself. The infinity pool is very good. There's no beach - just a narrow ***** of sand beyond the high promenade. The sea is dead - no snorkeling. If you go half a mile of shore by downtown Argao - it's sewers. The place is good for family events. No hiking around but you can enjoy the ambience of the old downtown. No refrigerators in rooms. There's 'corcage fee' in the rules. No food, no drinks from outside allowed. Actually, no one cares what you bring. This rule must be only an excuse for the absence of fridges. Too pricy, to my mind.

The hotel was clean and the staff were quite nice but it was rather basic. For toiletries, all they provided were a Toothbrush and toothpaste and I had to go out to get myself soap, shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't much to do in the immediate area but you rent a motorbike and move around the town on your own.

Amazing
SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

ННаталья ДроняеваOur stay at E L Westensee Resort exceeded all our expectations! This place is ideal for those who are looking for a combination of coziness, comfort and excellent service. Our villa was simply magnificent: spacious, stylish and very cozy. Snow-white bed linen and impeccable cleanliness created a feeling of real luxury. The hotel staff are real professionals! Very responsive, sincere and always ready to help. When we decided to rent a bike, it was delivered right to the hotel - new, powerful, for only 500 pesos per day. It was incredibly convenient for trips to Alon Beach (only 7 km) and to local attractions. I would like to separately note the breakfasts. The food was delicious, fresh and prepared with love. A real pleasure to start the day with such dishes! We were pleased with the proximity to the street with cafes and restaurants - literally a few minutes walk. This allowed us to try many local dishes and not depend on transport. Special thanks for organizing an early breakfast before our departure - everything was ready at 5:30, and the transfer to the airport was waiting for us on time. E L Westensee Resort is a place where you want to come back! The warm atmosphere, perfect cleanliness and caring approach to each guest made our vacation simply unforgettable!

RRyanMaxI enjoyed my stay at Amber Hotel - Cebu while exploring the town proper has to offer. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to walk to local attractions, markets, or restaurants in Cebu City. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the tropical heat. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. While the hotel doesn't have extensive leisure, the comfortable rooms and convenient location more than made up for it. The breakfast was satisfactory, though perhaps a bit limited in its Western options. Overall, a great base for experiencing the local charm of Cebu City.

DDuncanGreat Stay at Eloisa Royal Suites! I had a wonderful experience staying at Eloisa Royal Suites in Lapu-Lapu City. The hotel is conveniently close to Mactan-Cebu International Airport, and their free airport shuttle made my arrival and departure super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and nice toiletries provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it had a great selection, including a made-to-order egg station. The hotel also has a small pool and a gym, which were nice bonuses. The location is great, with malls and local markets nearby. The only thing to note is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quieter room. Overall, I highly recommend Eloisa Royal Suites for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

Ccharlene maePros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.

GGuest UserIt was ok.The security was very kind and helpful especially Montemayor. He even took photos of the plate of vehicles we rode before we leave the hotel. Every time we leave the room messy in the morning when we return at night it’s already cleaned up. Except the room was not well lit.there’s only 1 light and water was dripping from the air condition. If not just for the Sinulog rate I’d probably give it a higher score
