Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

The hotel is new and clean, and the breakfast is very rich.
The location is extremely superior, quiet but very close to the Tram stop, about 5 minutes away, and the tram to the center is about 10 minutes away.
I had a perfect holiday with my boyfriend and will definitely book this hotel again in the future!

Hotel located in a great place. Very close to the market, Ostrów Tumski, very good public transport connection, peace and quiet, Hotel service very nice young people, helpful, polite. Cleaning ladies do a very good job, you can't complain!! Very comfortable bed, high quality mattress, clean bathroom, towels changed daily,. High quality hotel worth recommending!!

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, und das war für uns das wichtigste.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber bis auf eine Minibar alles was man erwartet. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Ein- und auschecken ging sehr schnell und freundlich, gibt ein absolutes Plus dafür.
Preis/Leistung passten für uns absolut. Und wie gesagt haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.

Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

GGuest UserWhat a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

I chose a room with a kitchen, which has a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher.
There are pots, pans, plates, knives and forks for the kitchen, which is very convenient.
The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I stayed there for three days and would recommend it to my good friends.

They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

The only inconvenience is the Trip.com broker. They issue bills without a tax number.
There is a problem with the refund because you cannot enter this type of bill in company fees.

BBurmanI usually stay in budget hotels so don’t expect much but this place was poor value. The carpet was yucky and the ceiling vent fell down leaving a hole.. The breakfast doesn’t start til 8am on weekends which is ok if you’re in relax mode but crap if have to make it to a bus transfer on time. Super nice staff help to make up for the deficiencies a bit

AAndreaConvenient hotel next to the airport. You can reach from the terminal by foot or by public transportation (bus or taxi). Unfortunately they do not offer any shuttle service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to where you can go to the city centre. The hotel is nice and new and the room are in a very good state.
