I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown!
I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants!
I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

Very good location in the centre of ponta delgada, the swimming pool and spa is lovely, privat parking is positif value for guest who stay in the hotel,all reception in good, and give us many information about everything in ponta degalda..very recomended to stay while in azores

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

雅雅Our hosts Francisco and Lucilia are some of the kindest and most hospitable hosts on this planet. They were happy to share their considerable knowledge of not only Terceira, but the Azores in general, with us. They went out all the way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. YYunfengA decent hotel, including breakfast and dinner, is also decent, so you don't need to pay attention to traveling outside. The parking lot outside the hotel is free at night and charged during the day, but it is just right to go out during the day and come back at night. I don't know if it's Ctrip's problem or the store's problem. The hotel on the last day was temporarily replaced by this one. Disputes were dealt with calmly.
