The staff was so kind and seemed like they loved what they do!! Very clean and rooms smelled great!! Area kinda sketchy tho(no fault of Marriott).. Nice lounge and sitting area you can watch TV on the ground floor..

The hotel was in a great location but it was moldy and amenities were missing from the room, batteries dead in the thermostat, my first room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was greasy. When I mentioned the state of my room they quickly moved me to another room so that was nice. The most frustrating part about this hotel was the fact that my family members and I asked weeks in advance if we could book rooms on the same floor in the same general area. The hotel agreed but once we arrived they put us on all different floors, opposite sides of the hotel and everything. We tried to make the best of it. My mother and I as well as my cousins met in my aunt's double room daily so we could all be together but a neighboring room made a noise complaint. They would never have had to complain if the hotel had booked all our rooms together as we had requested.

It's a normal country hotel with a laundry room, free parking, and a whole food restaurant within walking distance, which solves the problem of eating. The price is also good.

The room was clean, brightly lit and suitable for work. The reception was very warm, there were many varieties of breakfast, and I would visit again for my next trip!

The room was equipped with a cabinet-type air conditioner by the window. It could not be closed but kept on all the time. It was very noisy and affected sleep. It was reflected to the hotel. And told the helplessness that every room in the hotel is the same noisy. Even the basic quiet sleep is not guaranteed, this Holiday Inn is disappointing.

I actually loved this place it was clean and service was awesome I did lose my vape(80$) / I left it on the table cuz I told my daughter to grab it and she forgot so when I called they ain’t know where it was so don’t leave nothing smh but overall I would stay again

The location of the shop is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the service is professional and there are many parking spaces. There is free coffee and bag tea in the lobby. Breakfast is close to 50 knives, a bit expensive. Also close to Bradley Airport. I heard that there is a pick-up

Two thousand RMB a night is really only enough for a bed in downtown New York. The room is only 6 square meters, a tiny dwelling, and does not come with breakfast. Although the subway station is nearby, the subway line is complicated and the transportation is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. Walking is the best option.
