Departing from the heart of London at St Pancras International and crossing beneath the English Channel to reach Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and beyond, Eurostar connects city center to city center with no airport check-in queues and significantly lower carbon emissions than flying, making it a great choice for business travelers, families, and anyone who'd rather swap the airport stress for a window seat with a view.

Eurostar to Paris
Located in the heart of Paris's 10th arrondissement on Rue de Dunkerque, Gare du Nord is Europe's busiest railway station, and one of its best connected. Metro lines 4 and 5 as well as RER lines B and D all serve the station - putting the rest of the city as well as Charles de Gaulle Airport within easy reach. The station has shops, restaurants, and luggage storage throughout, with a dedicated Eurostar terminal on the upper level.
How to get to Disneyland Paris
If you're heading on to Disneyland Paris, from Gare du Nord take RER B one stop to Châtelet–Les Halles, and then transfer to RER A heading east. Stay on until the final stop, Marne-La-Vallée Chessy, where the park entrance is just a few minutes' walk away. The full journey takes around 50 minutes and requires a zone 1-5 ticket. Trains run frequently, making it one of the easiest theme park transfers in Europe.
Eurostar to London

Flanked by King's Cross station and a short walk from the British Library, St Pancras International is a Victorian Gothic masterpiece on Euston Road in the heart of London. The station's facilities include Europe's longest champagne bar, restaurants, shops, and left luggage, with the Eurostar terminal on the upper level. Six Underground lines connect at the adjoining King's Cross St Pancras station, putting the whole of London within easy reach.

London connections
Serving Southeastern high-speed trains to Kent, East Midlands Railway services to Leicester, Nottingham, and Sheffield, LNER trains north to Edinburgh and Newcastle from King's Cross next door, and Avanti West Coast services to Manchester, Glasgow, and Liverpool from Euston, just a short walk along Euston Road, St Pancras International sits at one of London's great transport hubs, with connections radiating out across the city, the country, and the continent. Six Underground lines also connect at the adjoining King's Cross St Pancras station, putting the whole of the capital within easy reach.
Eurostar to Amsterdam
Occupying a dramatic waterfront position on Stationsplein where the city meets the IJ bay, Amsterdam Centraal dates to 1889 and was designed by Pierre Cuypers, the same architect behind the Rijksmuseum. Trams and metro lines to the Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein, and Amsterdam Zuid all depart from the step-free station plaza, while Dam Square and the Royal Palace are just a five-minute walk away, with the Anne Frank House and the canal ring just beyond.
Often overshadowed by Amsterdam, Rotterdam rewards visitors with striking modern architecture, historic skyscrapers, and a world-class food scene. You can explore the best food cities by Eurostar.
Every Eurostar service to Amsterdam stops directly at Rotterdam Centraal on Stationsplein 1, making Rotterdam a destination in its own right. Passengers from London or Paris can alight here to explore the city, then continue to Amsterdam Centraal by Eurostar train in around 40 minutes, or book London to Rotterdam and Paris to Rotterdam as standalone Eurostar routes.
Eurostar to Brussels

Standing at Rue de France 2, Brussels Midi/Zuid is the beating heart of Europe's high-speed rail network, where Eurostar services from London, Paris, and Amsterdam and trains from Cologne meet. From here, metro and tram services reach the Grand Place, Brussels' UNESCO-listed historic centerpiece, in around ten minutes, with the Manneken Pis and the Royal Palace just beyond.

Connections to Germany
If you're traveling onwards towards Germany from Brussels Midi/Zuid, the journey begins with a simple platform change where high-speed trains depart directly for Cologne, reaching Köln Hauptbahnhof in under two hours, with Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and beyond all accessible from there. With no queues at security and no airport terminals, Brussels is the natural gateway to Central Europe, connecting from Eurostar to onward rail with just a short walk across the platform.
Eurostar cross-channel routes (Travel between UK & EU)

key.train.iddocs.imgcardlist.title

One-Stop Check-in Process
Unlike flying, Eurostar completes all security and border controls at your departure station. So, whether you're boarding in London, Brussels, Paris, or Amsterdam, you clear both countries' checks before stepping onto the train and arrive at your destination with no further passport controls or customs to clear.
Check-in times vary by station, but as a rule you should be through security at least 75-90 minutes before departure. Passengers traveling to London via Brussels should allow more time – UK border pre-clearance at Brussels Midi is mandatory and can take longer during busy periods. Non-EU nationals should also factor in additional time for EES biometric registration on their first entry into the Schengen Area.
Eurostar continental routes

Valid identification document
If you're traveling between France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany on Eurostar's continental network, there are no routine border controls. All four countries are located within the Schengen Area, meaning no passport control or border checks apply between them. That said, it's always worth traveling with a passport or valid national identity card. Transport authorities conduct random spot checks on cross-border services from time to time, and carrying a recognized form of identification ensures your journey won't be interrupted. Ticket checks take place on board, so keep your booking confirmation or e-ticket accessible throughout.

Boarding Process
Unlike the cross-Channel service to and from the UK, Eurostar's continental routes involve no routine passport checks, and boarding is as straightforward as any other high-speed train in Europe. You’re recommended to be at the station at least 20 minutes before departure, checking the departure boards for your platform before simply presenting your ticket or e-ticket at the gate to board directly with no separate check-in process required.
