Restaurant La Suite

To my mind, La Suite is perfection! They get nothing wrong! I wish I could live in Alençon, just to be able to eat here regularly. (Or, La Suite open a restaurant in London!)

If you wanted to start in this very difficult trade this is the perfect example of what you need to do. Excellent environs, good choice of staff front of house, a talented chef and kitchen team and a complete focus on customer service including quality of food, choice and price. And the other important issue maintaining standards so there is a consistency customers return because they know what to expect. We have never had a bad meal here, never had poor service there is always something to interest on the menu and to excite one. It genuinely is one of the best restaurants I frequent and have been a regular user of over all the time it has existed. A masterclass in how to run a successful establishment.
