Although it is a tourist destination, the price is affordable, and the grilled squid with mashed potatoes is especially delicious.

Literally right next door to our hotel, great service, and outstanding food.  The ravioli were perfect and my wife&rsquo;s spaghetti was delicious and light.  Tasty appetizer too.

Lovely food and friendly staff! I had the sword fish which was delicious. Lovely hidden restaurant tucked away from the main centre but still close. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant with a very great service. The food are very fresh. Angelo took great care of us and made sure we had an amazing meal. The house wine was great and everything we ordered were delicious.

Service was perfect and friendly. Food was absolutely amazing. The spot was off the crowded path, quiet and simply beautiful. Would recommend over and over!

We enjoyed our first meal at Al Cancelletto so much, we returned for another. The first time I chose toasted couscous with sweet and sour vegetables, the second time I ordered cuttlefish with carrot, celery, fennel and walnuts. Both dishes were beautiful with a freshness, lightness and clarity of flavours I loved. My husband had pasta dishes both times and agreed this was the best cooking we had found on this trip to Italy. Everything was of the region, including the delicious wine and desserts, and nothing was tired or pretentious

The service staff is very nice. The price is reasonable. The ingredients are fresh. The dishes made by the female chef are especially delicious. I have been to this restaurant five or six times.

A delightful restaurant with delightful service.  Great pastas and wine at reasonable prices.  If we lived here, this would be our &ldquo;Cheers&rdquo;.

Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! Beautiful location, setting and views. Extremely kind and attentive wait staff and some of the best food we had throughout our entire time in Italy. Added bonus was that it was away from the tourist crowds and a place where locals eat.

our host! a family run establishment. they may have been a bit busy as we did have to wait to order and receive food while others were taken care of quickly,  but food and ambience was very good to make up for it.

Lovely family owned restaurant, with some great authentic food. We really enjoyed our meal in this slightly off the beaten path establishment.
