The restaurant is located on Rainbow Street, which is said to be a relatively modern and famous street in Amman with a young audience. I think it is similar to Tianzifang in Shanghai. The meat is basically sausages, cut into pieces, slices, and strips, with potato cubes, some spicy, or roasted tomatoes. The meat will be more tender than expected, and the umami taste is stronger than the phenomenon.
