Nestled in the heart of the Appenzel mountains, the setting is idyllic. Truube (grape in French) is a soberly decorated, warm and welcoming place, which invites you to taste in peace. You can choose your 4 to 7 dishes (depending on your appetite) from the 2 menus (meat or vegetarian), which is very appreciable. Beautiful local products magnificently cooked and presented. In addition, we were served with great kindness and attention by the head chef, Silvia Manser. The wine list is not to be outdone with a large local or more international choice.
