Best food by far on our trip! Be sure to try the pulled pork, burger and chicken (special of the day). Amazing service and ambiance as well!!!
Fantastic food and service. Great regional wines and food. Maybe the best meal we’ve had in France. Duck confit burger topped with foie Gras, homemade fries and salad and the floating island meringue was the best. Was fully booked so make a reservation. Service from friend of son of papa was very helpful and appreciated.
Excellent family run restaurant in the shadow of the palais des papas. all local produce, fres and tasty. wines are also good
La Cuisine de Papa is a friendly, low-key small restaurant serving cuisine traditionelle. Every dish my partner & I had was well-prepared & nicely presented. I am more adventurous than him. I had the marrowbones as an entree, followed by the veal kidneys nicely cooked in a strong Dijon sauce and served with mache salad in a good vinaigrette & fries. He had beef sautéed with onion & served with the some accompaniments (mache salad & frites). He had room for a lovely dessert of poached pear covered in chocolate sauce. Service was warm & efficient. The atmosphere is informal , comfortable & welcoming.
We had a lovely meal, dining here. It was a truly French experience and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly. Many thanks x
