Shang Palace

Very good Cantonese cuisine, it is considered very good in Bangkok. The vermicelli pot tastes very good, the prawns are also very delicious, and the seafood is absolutely Cantonese style.

Shang Palace is located at 89 Soi Wat Suan Plu, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. This restaurant has a strong Chinese style in both its environment and culture. If non-Chinese people in Thailand really want to try Chinese food, Shang Palace is a good place.

Because I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel, I went to the Shang Palace on the third floor for lunch after checking in at 12 o'clock. I tasted Hong Kong-style dim sum. Hotel guests also have a 20% discount, which is much cheaper than the Shang Palace in Hong Kong. The dim sum was good, except for the black pepper pork ribs, which was a little spicy for us who don't like spicy food because it suits the local taste. Overall, the place is good, the hospitality is good, the food is good, and the price is absolutely worth it.

Shangri-La is really good. There is an X-ray before entering the lobby, and the carry-on baggage needs to be checked by the machine. The security is in place. The dishes at Shangri-La are very exquisite and the environment is also very good. After the meal, you can also go to the river to feed the fish.

I happened to live near Shangri-La, and I was addicted to Thai food for a few days. I tried the Hong Kong style here, which is much lighter than the Thai style. It doesn't mean that you have to eat Thai food in Thailand. It's also nice to try Cantonese cuisine in Thailand. There are quite a few Chinese people here, and Cantonese cuisine is well made. I was satisfied with it, and the environment was great.
