According to his introduction, we ordered two main dishes, roast chicken with matsutake mushrooms and stir-fried Tibetan pork with green peppers, hoping that the Sichuan cuisine would taste better than the unsatisfactory taste we had tasted in Lulang Town, Nyingchi.
